At work I use a Win7 machine with TortoiseSVN.

I have setup a subversion server at home, and am looking for a GUI-based tool similar in ease of use to TortoiseSVN?

Partisan, take a look at RabbitVCS (http://www.rabbitvcs.org/). I think it's what you're looking for.
