Hi, I've downloaded from a usb stick onto my vaio vgl desktop. When I try to complete install, after indicating which country I am in, NZ, software will not finish, tries to send e-mail to bug fixers. I cant enter my e-mail as the keyboard layout is different, example, I press o on my keyboard & it does not show up.
Software install is telling me my drive may be faulty, would this be my hard drive, the usb I downloaded it from etc.
