Hello guys n gals just a quick question! I finally managed to get my entire Ubuntu OS loaded on to an old USB i had lying around the house and it works great. The only problem is its only 8gb and USB 2,0. I ordered from future shop during Cyber Monday a new 32GB 3.0 USB to use. Now, my question is: Can i run a live cd and format the new USB to Ext4, and drag and drop my entire file system to it and it will work? It would be really useful if i could as i have a lot of stuff and updates already installed on my 8GB such as pipelight and the GNOME desktop environment and my network card which is a hassle to install. What do you think?

I don't think you can just drag and drop and expect the system to still boot from the new usb, but you could use a cloning system such as clonezilla (http://clonezilla.org/clonezilla-live.php)
