Disable effects in second monitor

Good night

I have a question. How do I disable zoom (xpose) and opacity window effects in second monitor?
I need use a computer with ubuntu-gnome 14.04 only for presentations and the zoom and opacity effects distract the audience.

I have not found this option in Tweak tool.
