How 2 install Magento (Open Source) webshop software

I've downloaded Magento Version http://opensource.org/licenses/osl-3.0.php
How do I install it on my netbook? I just need to fool around a bit with the software to understand how it works. Thats why I have downloaded it on my netbook.

That link is just the info about the open-source license; there is no software there to download as far as I can see, so I don't understand your question.

Ok. I have downloaded the software, but I don't know what file or map I have to ckick on te get it installed. Perhaps I need to copy paste a script that has been given in a file into the terminal screen. But I don't know which one I should use.
