Shutter Screenshot is a very nice Screen Capture utility.
Unfortunately a recent Ubuntu update replaced the keyboard shortcut with Gnome Screen Capture.
I tried to edit the Keyboard Shortcuts under Applications -> System Settings -> Preferences -> Keyboard
but they just don't want to work with Shutter.

Anyone have a fix for this?

How did you set shutter keyboard shortcuts?
I just set custom shortcuts which work. (Ubuntu 14.04)
set-shutter-as-the-default-screenshot-tool (http://shutter-project.org/faq-help/set-shutter-as-the-default-screenshot-tool/#gnome)

For commands to use, run...

shutter --help

Nothing I tried would make Shutter the default Screen Capture ... that is until I installed
MATE desktop environment and it just so happened to work.
I suspect that Gnome Screen Capture is tightly integrated with Gnome Flashback.
