This happens after the official nvidia graphics card installed closed-source drivers.Only in ubuntu 14.04 & 14.10.

Perhaps you should consider reporting it to the NVIDIA developers...on their bug tracker.

This is a forum that neither NVIDIA nor Ubuntu developers frequent, and is inappropriate for reporting bugs.
Ubuntu developers cannot fix a bug with NVIDIA's closed-source drivers. That's part of what 'closed-source' means.

Do you have a request for support that might be answered by lowly Ubuntu users or one which would require the ministration of employees of either Canonical or NVIDIA?

The former we might be able to help with. The latter we cannot.
