I know there is a Linux Kali Forum, but I am getting no response there. If this post is not appropriate, Mods pls delete

Windows 7 Dual boot Kali Linux install,

Used "gparted" and created 30gb ext4, boot partition and 10gb swap area. Started install from the dvd boot. Install halts about 13% with the red screen. Per the trouble shooting guide, I selected "save debug logs". I get the message" "Web Server Started - A simple web server has been started on this computer to save log files and debug info. An index of all log files can be found at http://192.168.0.110". That IP is the IP of my computer undergoing the Kali installation.

For the life of me I can not find where these files are.

Placing 192.168.0.110 into the browser, comes up empty
