I got an old laptop and planning to install latest version of Ubuntu (14.04 LTS). I'm a little bit curious when i find out some of the OS did'nt work fine on old pc in here http://askubuntu.com/questions/493189/why-is-ubuntu-14-04-so-slow-on-my-laptop.
Im using:
acer-Aspire 4315 with
-Intel Celeron processor 530
(1.73 Ghz.533 Mhz FSB, 1MB L2 Cache)
-14.1" WXGA Acer Crystalbrite LCD
-Up to 64 MB Mobile intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3 100
-512 MB DDR2
-80 GB HDD
2 GB RAM
32 bit
Should I use Lubuntu? Kubuntu or others Linux lightweight distributions?
or should i stay with Ubuntu (I got same pc and running Ubuntu)
