How to install Photoshop cs6 plugin

Hello all,
I try to install Photoshop plugin CSS Hat. I have exe file. It starts normally, but when I click "install" button, I get message "installation process failed. Make sure you have permission to install application".
Can anybody tell me what is wrong?

I'm assuming you have wine (or equivalent) installed.
Is the .exe file on the hard drive?

You may need to copy the installer to your drive if it isn't, then right click on the .exe file and in the permissions tab set it to be executable.

Thanks for you reply, but it did not help me.
I copied exe file to ~/.wine/drive_c/ and chmod +x, but nothing changes.
