Set natural scrolling in Ubuntu MATE

Hi,

I'm not sure if Ubuntu MATE has become an official spin or not, either way I would like to ask for this on here.
I want to install Ubuntu MATE 14.10 on my PC but I can't find a setting in the UI to set the natural scrolling for the touchpad.

How can I set this up in MATE?
