Just did an update to a system that had been sitting unused for several months.
Initially, it booted, and gave me a brief console-style login prompt, but then switched to the 'flashing cursor at top left' thing. I then deployed the sticky instructions on this forum, and now I can get it to the GUI login.
Now, the problem is that when I try to log in, I get sent right back to the login screen again.
Looking at the files in /var/log, I see the error :
FBDEV(0): FBIOBLANK: Invalid argument
I wonder if anyone has a solution for this?
Max.
