I just happened upon this site and thought I would post it. Every now and again I see a post on the forums about where to find computers sold with linux pre-installed.
This site seems to have the most detailed list out there.

I know the Debian site has a nice little list of vendors that sell comps with Debian pre-installed.

Dell sells RedHat Enterprise Linux with their Precision PC's too.
