I am trying to install Ubuntu alongside Windows and OS X, but I can't figure out how to install Ubuntu. I tried rEFIt (http://refit.sourceforge.net/) but it doesn't seem to work on the current version of OS X. I tried to install all three side by side before, but after I installed Ubuntu some of my partitions stopped working and I had to reinstall everything. I read that Windows and Ubunutu's bootloaders fight with each other without something like rEFIt.
Has anyone succeeded in this? I can't find anything that worked online after searching for a couple hours. Most are for older versions, so I guess those methods no longer work. I am new to the forums. I tried to search for this issue but I got no results. Maybe not many people do this.
