I have just done a full clean install (not upgrade) of Lubuntu 14.04 (after some help - thanks to all).

I am now having a minor problem with screen saving. My computer is used at home, by me, so I do not need locking
and the requirment to key a password just to "wake up" the screen.

I have tried (Preferences->Light Locker Settings) setting
"Enable Light Locker" to "Off".

The locking still happened.

So I tried
"Enable Light Locker" to "On".
"Automaticall lock the session" to "Never".

The locking still happened.

I would welcome advice on how to turn off locking.

I am also running Lubuntu 14.04 but do not have this problem. FWIW, I upgraded 13.10 to 14.04, in case that may have made a difference.

On mine, "Enable Light-locker" is set to ON, "Automatically lock the session" is set to NEVER, and "Lock on suspend" (at the bottom) is set to OFF.

Since you did not mention "Lock on suspend," do you not have that option in the config screen?

Sadly, that is my exact and complete current "still locking" configuration.
