the current situation is no longer seen her C drive (installing windows) in the list of drives in Ubuntu.

to clearly tell from his head to you. its first increase D drive size by taking space from C drive through the EXTEND section of Mini Partition Tools software. Then boot the machine I guess is not lost by Grub should repair this computer https://sites.google.com/site/easylinuxtipsproject/grub then boot into GRUB should be normal WIndows and Ubuntu.

When I found out on Ubuntu is no longer current C drive again while still existing previous normal. his GParted check the drive the C partition (windows) with a red exclamation mark. proved faulty.

do not know if anyone fell into his case and not repaired how

Hello andyhuynh and Welcome to Ubuntu,
In Linux Drives are not labeled by ABCD They are labeled by sda, sdb, sdc Etc.
on the picture you showed /dev/sda would be the equivelent of your C drive in windows.
good Luck :)
