I was in the process of installing 14.04 on my laptop as an upgrade. There was a power failure partway through the process. I downloaded & burnt 14.04 to a DVD on my desktop. Now, when I start my laptop I get the message error "flle ' /boot/grub/i386-pc/normal.mod' not found."
Then it goes rescue mode... grub rescue>
I have the DVD in the reader but it will go no further. At this moment it will go no further. How can I connect to the DVD to re-install, or rescue grub?
