Hi,
I try to change the default English language of Ubuntu to Dutch in the language settings. I need to drag the Dutch item to the top of the language list. I always need assistance for this, since I am blind. Is there a way to do this with ORCA? Using the mouse and ORCA is a kind of hopeless. Or is there a config file which can be edited with gedit or leafpad?
