[Netrunner] Can't activiate touchpad-tap...

My question: I'm using Netrunner-OS, which is a variant of Mint-KDE, which is a varient of Kubuntu. There's no enable or disable checkbox for touchpad tapping in preferences (Input Devices) and I can't for the life of me figure out how to activiate it. I can do everything with my touchapd exccept tap. Any suggestions? My KDE version is 4.13.3 and is based on 14.04.
