Kali Linux fails to install in VMWare Workstation

Good day,

I downloaded Kali Linux_32 bit, and I can't run it live or install it, I get the following error. Any ideas?

Kali is not Ubuntu.

This is also a virtualization question, but how Kali runs in virtualization may have more to do with Kali than the virtualization solution.
