ubuntu problem install

hello

on my new pc windows 8.1

after I select the first choice
and then I get a black screen why?
on windows 7 everything works ??

Since you second image shows a boot menu for an Ubuntu installation medium, I suppose you are trying to install it?
The first image is not your boot menu, that is the BIOS setup. You have "Legacy" set for Boot Mode and if you have windows 8/8.1 and it came pre-installed, you should set it to EFI/GPT and use that option for Ubuntu when you install.

You need to read through this. work your way down the page until you get to section 6 - F6. You may need to use one or more of the F6 boot options to get a live session working on your machine. Try the nomodeset option first.
