Linux Mint MATE Boots GRUB when trying to install.

I downloaded and burned the image of Linux Mint MATE edition and when I tried to boot it up, I get a grub screen that asks me to Launch Mint in Compatibility mode or just Launch Linux Mint regularly. THing is, whenever I try either of them, All I get is a black screen. Anybody can help me with this.

My COmptuer specs

A8-4500m AMD APU 1.9ghz Quad core
6gb DDR3 Ram
750gb HDD
