Reload and Up- button in 14:04

In 12.04LTS I have installed some ppa, that make a Reload-button and an up-arrow in Filemanagern (Still Nautilus in 14.04?). It is quite frustrating to go back and forward to update a samba-share. A up-button would be nice to.

It there a way to make them in Ubuntu 14.04?

Try nemo as your file manager.
Has the old compact view as well.
