Missing 'Edit' button in Evolution after fresh install of 14.04LTS and import

I have been using Ubuntu 12.04 and Evolution as a mail client for a long time and have GB of data in Evolution. I bought a new PC and installed Ubuntu 14.04LTS and apt-get installed Evolution. After that I imported my saved Evolution file. All the emails are there and it tries to fetch mail for all the accounts that I had previously set up. However, I need to delete some of these accounts as I no longer have access to them. In my previous version of Evolution I would use 'Edit/Preferences' to get to account management, but the new version no longer has the 'Edit' button and I can find no way of getting to acount management.

Any help greatly appreciated.

OK. Problem solved.
Press 'Alt/m' and the options appear including 'Edit'.:p ... Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page.
