Nautilus Pastebin Configurator

I am using Xubuntu 14.04, so Thunar is my file manager. But can I install the Nautilus Pastebin configurator without the Nautilus File Manager?

That is for text. Bad idea. I need to find an application or website to use with Xubuntu, so I can paste images of my desktop onto the web. Something to replace Imagebin, because Imagebin is no longer a safe website to post images on the Web.
