So, I just upgraded to 14.04 on my other computer (Fujitsu Lifebook uh752), and now it shuts down when it's booting.
When I start the computer I get to the purple grub screen (which hasn't happened before), and have the options to chose Ubuntu, Advanced options for Ubuntu, and System Setup (i.e BIOS). All right, that's ok, but once I select Ubuntu it starts up as normal, I see the Ubuntu screen with the dots underneath... and then it just shuts down.
I've tried to start in recovery mode from the advanced options, but no luck there either...
I also tried making a bootable usb to make a fresh install, but although the usb works fine (I tried it out on this computer), the Fujitsu doesn't seem to recognize it ("Setup Warning - Boot Failure.").
What's going on, and can anyone help me to fix this?
