Hi, I recently re-installed ubuntu 14.04 from 12.04.
I have windows 7 installed on a separate hdd, and ubuntu on an ssd. I had a few issues with ubuntu 12.04 so thought I'd update it.
Since installing it I don't get the boot menu. Both drives are UEFI although I don't know if that makes a difference in this case.
I've tried using the live boot repair cd, but that didn't work. It said I need to create a <1mb partition..... Not sure of the rest of it but it baffled me.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
EDIT: I've just noticed in the bios it won't let me select the windows hdd as a boot option. However, it is recognized in another menu.
