Dell R320 CPU IERR Error

I buy dell R320.
System install Ubuntu OS(12.04.3 LTS) system occurred cpu ierr error.
Kernal version is Kernel 3.8
System information is below


CPU: E5-2430 v2 2.50GHz,15M Cache,80W
Memory: 8GB RDIMM,1600MT/s,LV,1R,x4 *4 total 32G
raid controller: PERC H310 Integrated RAID Controller
Hdd: 0GB 3.5-inch 15K RPM 6Gbps SAS Hot Plug Hard Drive *2
Lan: Broadcom 5720 dual port Gigabit Ethernet without TOE and ISCSI offload

The current 14.04 should be a better option.

But system install 12.04.3 LTS absolute.
