Possibly the worst piece of "writing" that I have read all year!

There is no explanation of why Samsung would owe royalties to Microsoft for each Android device that Samsung sells, and then there is this:
Microsoft … claims that Samsung is again threatening to pay its obligations because of Microsoft's recent acquisition of Nokia's Devices and Services division.

Eh?
