1. fresh installed Ubuntu 14.04 TLS
2. installed samba as described here --> http://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/2014/05/ubuntu1404-file-sharing-samba/
3. config smb.conf + useradd + smbpasswd
4. test samba from client Win 7 prof. + client Ubuntu 14.04 TLS Workstation --> ok (all shares connected)

5. install libapache2-mod-tile as described here --> http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Ubuntu_tile_server
6. test tile server package --> ok
7. test samba --> miraculous problems:
a) no problem to connect to the samba server but after 1-2 minutes the mapping is disconnected (both Win 7 & Ubuntu Clients)
b) connection problems Win 7: passwords didn´t recognize --> "Access error 67"

connection problems Ubuntu: mount "block oriented device …….." or "mounting point doesn´t exist"

I re-installed many times complete samba package or reinstalled samba users or 14.04 desktop-version/server-version. No changes if libapache2-mod-tiles is also installed. Without this package it works.
It seems that the encryption of the samba tdbsam is corrupted. But I have no idea how to check it.
If found only this accordance between both packages in the /var/log/dpgk.log (might have overlooked something):

2014-07-22 15:20:06 install tdsodbc:amd64 <keine> 0.91-5
2014-07-22 15:20:06 status half-installed tdsodbc:amd64 0.91-5
2014-07-22 15:20:06 status unpacked tdsodbc:amd64 0.91-5
2014-07-22 15:20:06 status unpacked tdsodbc:amd64 0.91-5
