Hello!
I have been trying to install Ubuntu on my Acer Aspire One from USB stick since 2 days, but without any result. I noticed that when I format my pendrive with FAT32 and boot from it, I get this message:

Intel(r)PineView PCI Accelerated SVGA BIOS
Build Number: 1818 PC 14.34 06/19/2009 01:29:40
DECOMPILATION OR DISASSEMBLY PROHIBITED
COPYRIGHT (C) 2000-2003 Intel Corp. All Rights Reserved

-
And when I format it with FAT(default) it seem to work, but not really. After boot, the YUMI Multiboot Installer(I tried with other installers, the same happens) screen appears, countdown to automatic boot is started and when I click anything, computer freezes. If I wait until the end of the countdown... Computer freezes.
What should I do to install Ubuntu on my netbook?

EDIT: oh, and I must say that penrive works perfectly with my PC or my brother's DELL laptop

Without looking up your laptop model, or even how old it is, some BIOS's will not allow booting from USB.
You may have to burn an Ubuntu DVD and boot from DVD, unless someone has a better idea.

Ok i have solved that problem.
I just unmounted the HDD and connected it to my PC, then installed Ubuntu and connected hard disc to my netbook again. Everything works perfectly :)
