I need to reinstall ubuntu on my Asus X551C which was originally a windows 8 computer. From within the ubuntu installation I currently have, I cannot find any way to access the UEFI settings nor would I know any terminal commands to access the settings menu. Does anyone have any ideas?
Running ubuntu 14.04 on (as I said) an Asus X551C with UEFI.
If you're wondering why I need to re-install, please look at the following thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2231923

Asus seems to have many models. Some may be internally configured similarly?
