Can anyone tell me the path to the default menu icon for the whiskers menu in Xubuntu 14.04? I want to add an icon of my own to the mix but the menu does not give me the path. I know that I can just select my icon but I would rather add it where the default is in case I decide to go back to the original icon.

Thanks in advance for the help. :)

I believe that is the one.

I tried the path you gave me but it is not the same one the menu is using. You must be on the right track though because there was a start menu icon there.

There are two color versions for whisker menu icon on the system - blue and aqua (a lighter blue)

My Xubuntu 14.04 uses the blue as the panel button. The button icon is specified in the whisker menu's defaults.rc as xubuntu-logo-menu.png and you find it in /usr/share/pixmaps

The aqua icon is named xfce4-whisker-menu.png and you find it in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/

Ah ha, did not think of looking in pixmaps.

Glad you got your theme set up.

Thanks! I came up with a West Coast Choppers theme. Thanks to the help from all of you I got a West Coast Choppers logo as my menu icon. :D
