Where oh where should launcher wish list items go?

Ubuntu 14.04 AMD LTS's launcher, if the Super
key is held down, will duly display its launcher
icons with [1] through [0] superimposed atop
the first ten icons. Where's the best place in all
the Ubunto support sites to go to to suggest or
search for a wish list item extending those ten,
key-triggered apps to perhaps thirty using the
unassigned letters that aren't used for Dash
commands (AFMCV)?
