Am running 14.04 with Cinnamon; however, after the upgrade, the gnome-system-monitor app appears without a borders or decorations per the attached screenshot. I logged in as a different user, and it shows the same behavior. I also tried logging in to a Gnome fail safe session under a different user, with the same behavior.
I was not able to verify this in Unity, as since I added Cinnamon 2.2, it's acting funky. I can login and get to the desktop, but apps appear blurred on the screen. I suspect that this is related, since this is a Gnome app. I tried puring and re-adding, but this didn't help.
