Installing Ububtu 12.4 in IBM X3250 M4

I am trying to install ubuntu 12.4 in IBM X3250 M4 server, when start instillation with the boot disk the instillation stops in GNU grub command mode.

can any have solution for this issue

HiI think this is your problem: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UEFI and AFAIK IBM do not support Ubuntu on your hardware ( http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/tips0812.html). - HTH
