But then i boot with 14.04 LTS, the mouse-click don't work and also the keybooard is dead. Can't do anything.

Any ideas? Different boot options?

Has the hardware changed since you installed 14.04? No? Then running lspci in a 14.04 terminal will give the same printout.

Is the mouse a USB mouse? Try plugging it into a different port. Check the settings in the BIOS/UEFI boot system.

I have not installed anything, just run from live with both 12.04 and 14.04. Will try to disconnect and connect the mouse and keyboard soon. /Cheers

Never used the computer before. Works fine with 12.04-live, but not with 14.04-live. Same bios-config. I installed 14.04 on a SATA-hdd and have still the same problem. Moved mouse AND keyboard usb-connction. The mouse-pointer moves, but I can not click OR use the keyboard F1, home-key or nothing.

/Cheers

PS. During boot of the system I pressed Tab-key, and choise safe or something and now it work, but it's really slow :(
