Okay guys, I need some help. I have a Hitachi LE24H307 connected to a Dell Latitude D620 with the screen turned off (in settings) because its cracked, via VGA. The native resolution is 1366x768 on the Hitachi, but the highest resolution I can get is 1024x768. I tried using TONS of xrandr commands, none worked, and only one did something, which was making the entire Hitachi screen black and only a small cursor in the top left corner in the screen, unmovable. That caused me to have to reinstall Ubuntu. UI tried using the method from http://www.ubuntugeek.com/how-change-display-resolution-settings-using-xrandr.html, and that kinda worked, until I made a new mode. It gave me an error message, as seen in the image. The wrong resolution is really annoying, and please make sure it works. Thanks!
