View Full Version : [ubuntu] Most of the settings disappeared in gnome-control-center

Today when I was using Ubuntu 14.04, I realized most of the settings are not available in Unit search. Previously I just needed to type "settings" and it listed all settings. Now there is none. I tried to launch gnome-control-center but there is only 5 of them. If I type "sudo gnome-control-center" then I can see the all of them in "All Settings". But I surely don't want to type the password just to change the resolution
