Hi,
It's been a few weeks now that I am having trouble when clicking in windows with Ubuntu 14.04.
After a few minutes after Unity starts, I am not clicking where I want to in windows, there is an offset which makes me click at a place I do not want to.
Basically, if I want to click at (x,y), it clicks at something like (x, y+20). I noticed this behaviour in Thunderbird and Google Chrome, I suppose this is the case with all applications.
When this happens, I restart Unity and the problem disappears.
I installed a patched version of unity from this PPA in this thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2217458 (to re-enable Systray), this may might be why.
Has anybody experienced a similar issue?
Thanks.
