I installed the critical and recommended updates today. After install, ubuntu asked to reboot to finish the updates.
After that, my screen is truncated and repeats horizontally. How can I fix this?
I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS on VMware.
Edit: I found this KB article describing my issue, but following these instructions just gets me man page for the tool-config app from vmware. Appreciate help with this issue, unable to use Ubuntu as is:
