While upgrading to 14.04, a question came up on what to do with a MIME update from the manufacturer. It gave several options and choose the one to compare what changes will go into effect if I accepted the new MIME. The selection was D to make the comparison.

Now my terminal is stuck in this review with the word END in a white block at the bottom of it. I press the Enter key and nothing happens.

I'm using the terminal update commands and everything was going great until I decided to do the comparison

How do I get back to the install?

eaglemt; Hi ! Welcome to the forum .

I have been there but honestly, I do not recall exactly what I did to get out of that situation.
Try these key combos:
ctl+c
ctl+d
ctl+z
while that screen is active and has focus.

if more I could do

I would

Try "q" for quit.
Should bring you back to the regular screen.
