Open source equivalent of Acrobat Professional

I would like to know if exists an open source software similar to Acrobat Professional. I tried pdf-shuffler, pdf-mod and libreoffice but they allow to do less things with respect to the commercial one. Thank

I have been quite happy using a commercial software program, PDF Studio from Qoppa Software (http://qoppa.com). It comes in two versions, Standard and Pro, and I've chosen to use Pro.

If you are willing to consider paying for a Linux program, I can recommend either version. (Please note: I have no connection with Qoppa Software other than that of satisfied customer.)
