WHY do I have to download the torrent after the WHOLE image has been downloaded???

I have downloaded the WHOLE image of Ubuntu 14.04, When I install it in Windows with wubi.exe, WHY does it start download the torrent?

1. Wubi is no longer recommended, even by the Wubi developers.

2. If you are using Win 8, Wubi will probably just not work -- particularly if it's a UEFI install.

What version of Windows are you using? Are you using UEFI?

Don't beat your head against the wall trying to use something that is not expected to be used any longer.
