upgradation issue from 13.10 to 14.04 ubuntu

Hi,
I have tried to upgrade my ubuntu from 13.10 to 14.04 after restarting my system i am getting below mentioned error
1)grub_term_highlight_color
grub rescue>
after that i cannot login into my pc .please help me regarding the same.
