Hi.

I'm totally new on Ubuntu and I only know a few things, so I'd like help about installing icons packages on Ubuntu 14.04.
I tried to install the Numix Circles (http://me4oslav.deviantart.com/art/Numix-Circle-Linux-Desktop-Icon-Theme-414741466) package in two different ways:
Execute the commands:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:numix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install numix-icon-theme-circle
Apparently all went fine during the installation.
Download the .zip and put the extracted folder in /usr/share/icons.
And I think the two ways worked, but I can't find how to change the theme now because threads must be referring to an older version of Ubuntu when it is said to go in a subfolder of Appearance settings. I guess I have to change the icones in settings/appearance by changing the selected theme but it only displays Adwaita, Ambiance, Randiance and High Contrast which seems to be the default themes.
So how should I do?
