Hi everybody,

as the title I have two problems with the lock screen feature.

1) if I am listening to some sound, for example an mp3 or a youtube video and I turn it on the audio stop to play. With xubuntu 13.10 it did not happen. I have looked in the settings but I am unable to fid a solution.

2) occasionally, sometimes, when I turn the lock screen on and I want to enter the password for to unlock the laptop, pressing a key or moving the mouse, the screen keeps to remain black and I am forced to enter the password blindly.

Please could somebody help me?

Thank you very much! :)

Hi elio2,
got the same issue here. I tried to remove "xscreensaver" with sudo apt-get remove xscreensaver, because I would like to use only Light Locker. Now to lock screen from Action Button in the panel in the upper right corner of the screen is not working anymore.

Do not have the time now, but I would like to follow that procedure: http://www.webupd8.org/2013/08/lightdm-session-locker-light-locker.html. Removing lightDM and xscreensaver and the reinstalling Light Locker properly may do the trick.

Cheers,
