hard disk and window 7 crashed by interupting ubuntu installation

hello,

i was working with window 7 ultimate, and i tried to install ubuntu 14.04 alongside window 7 . i interupted installation with pend drive before hard drive selection. at the end , i cant open window 7 and i cant use and see my disks in ubuntu test disk. i host my data. please guide me. what to do?
will i get my data?
should i repair window 7 or try in ubuntu ?
