tried to switch to other server (local Polish), but the same error.

Jacek_Czerniawski; Hello; Welcome to the forum .

As you now know oneiric is End-Of-Life and no longer enjoys support. The software repository has been turned down and redirected.
One may do an on-line version upgrade:
The tutorial to do the online version upgrade:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EOLUpgrades
The documentation is old, but still applies.

Else, one can do a clean install of the current LTS release 14.04:
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop

Hope this Helps
