I am using ubuntu server 12 & 14. I would like to install GUI by installation media which consists of ubuntu desktop 12 & 14 respectively.If any one have idea please post your solutions.

Take a look at the apt-cdrom howto at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AptCdrom
That approach should work for installing X and your desktop of choice.
